What kind of animal is a packer?
Today, the company is remembered as the namesake of the Green Bay Packers. The football team took its name after Curly Lambeau, a shipping clerk for the company, successfully asked the company's owner, Frank Peck, for money for jerseys and use of the company's athletic field in 1919.

About to eat two (non-frozen) pizzas that are 7 days out of date. They look ok, but we'll see if I survive.

Why are you eating two pizzas?

Why are you eating two pizzas?
They're small, they're these really cheap Aldi things. I am pretty sure they are really bad for you and hold zero nutritional value but they taste ok when you need to eat something really quickly.

Why are you eating two pizzas?

In my college days I once watched my housemate eat two 16" pizzas in a row over the course of a couple hours. It's probably top 5 most impressive things I've seen in person in my life.

That's fcuking seriously impressive!! I used to get a 12 inch pizza meal deal in Oz back in the day and I would struggle to polish that, the wedges and the litre of coke away.

Pizza Hut were doing a special of a large pizza for €7.50 delivered last year before 6pm. Missus was away so I called up and ordered one. Apparently minimum delivery order is €10. So I ordered two.

Don't think I could get off the couch for 5 hours.

Oh I can cook. But when she's gone I can eat like a pig from takeaways with no looks of disgust.

Surely at your age takeaway hangovers are a thing?

    I'm 33 years young, whippersnapper.

Yup, if I go on a junk food binge I feel rank the next day. Pizzas are grand, normally, but a greasy chinese with all the salt and MSG will leave me feeling a touch manky the next day.

You don't have to eat them both you know. I'm sure they have fridges on the north side.

I once ate 2 16 ounce blue fillet steaks.

Two days later I ended up in hospital with what appeared to be appendicitis but turned put to be a massive kidney infection caused by eating two pounds of almost raw meat

    Argument here...

I'm not a European and I don't feel European. We're all different people in different countries. Stop trying to lump us all in together. I have very little in common with an average German lad no more than an American or South African fellow.

I feel like a member of my family more than a member of my community. But I feel more like a member of my community than I do a member of my county. But I still feel more like a member of my county than I do a member of my country and I definitely feel more like a member of my country than I do a member of this continent.

I don't have to have something in common with a random German or Spaniard, but that doesn't mean I can't form a community with them to improve all our lives and if that means we from time to time refer to ourselves as European then fine. I was a Leinster supporter last week and I'm going to be an Ireland supporter in three weeks time. I'll be a Lions supporter in 6 months time. Go Unity!
