One man refusing to leave Apollo House. No doubt Liveline will be on site, where Mannix Flynn attempts to drag him out, and Matress Mick attempts to pin him down to the mattress.

....and Joe invites de puur unforunate back to Castle Duffy :D

Did you vote for Donald Trump, he will be in charge of the wordles largest army next week, de shambolic press conference yesterday so to speak...I thought myself it went well.
Did he really ask if people in Ireland voted for a leader of a foreign country?

It's one thing standing up to the media, but what he did was something you'd see (and I don't use this phrase lightly) a dictator do. He and his team are basically setting themselves up as being unanswerable to the American public. They'll basically ignore any media outlet asking difficult questions and accuse them of fake news.

The irony seems to be lost on boards.ie though, were you regularly, almost daily, read posts accusing various officials and government members of ignoring questions asked and deflecting. But for the oddest reason Trump is held up as a hero for doing this.

I feel that President Trump (Don to his friends), will provide loads of material for the Lahvlahn telephone operator, not to mention all of us Boardies. All I can say is "Bring it on". :pac:

While it will be entertaining, it will also be scary given the position he's in. He's come down heavy on everyone from his own intelligence agencies to the pope, but hasn't a bad word for Putin.

Agreed it will be scary, however, I can't see how things will change too much from where we are now. (Not that that's a very good place either)

    Putin stuck his oar in.
Why would anyone be surprised at Russian meddling in Western elections? It's been going on for ages.
"Useful idiots" is not a new term.

It was bizarre in so far as no-one from the state police pulled a gun on the reporters - as advocated by Joe.
