Speed Limit on Swords Road between the Old Airport Road and the Long Term Car Park?

What's the speed limit on this stretch? I was doing about 55/56 within range of a speed van after coming out of the car park before I saw him. Google Street View says it's 60, but the images are from 2014 and I'd like to confirm that it hasn't been lowered since. Tx
