I left a bag on the 32 bus from Monaghan to Dublin on Christmas Eve. Tried emailing Bus Eireann but never got any response, went to Busaras Lost Property who said they hadn't found anything but it would probably be at Letterkenny bus station - tried ringing them 3 or 4 times but always a recorded message! Tried ringing Bus Eireann customer care but they didn't care (!) What can I do, there was a present inside the bag of great sentimental value :-(

Finally got an email back from Bus Eireann.
"I refer to your recent correspondence and regret any inconvenience caused to you while availing of our Letterkenny/Dublin service on Saturday 24th December 2016

I have checked our Lost Property Office and have also spoken to the Driver who operated this service and unfortunately bag/book was not found or handed in.

    I regret any inconvenience caused."

SOOOOO frustrating because I know I left my things on there..
I will have to try calling the number you gave me, thanks for that.

I suspect that you're at nothing and some ne'er–do–well has helped themselves to your bag, but it's probably still worth making that call. :)
