"Captcha field is required"

Trying to get a new password for my idrive sync account and it keeps telling me "Captcha field is required" yet there is nowhere to enter any captcha! Bit annoying since I keep getting msgs about how many Hundred photos I do not have backed up.

If you use a ad blocker try disable it in case its blocking the captcha code. Also try another web browser. Failing that the issue is probably on the website itself little can be done in this case until they sort it!
