Amazon Video on Xbox360

Hi guys, I want to get Amazon Video on my Xbox360 but it doesn't seem to be located in the apps section. It states online that it should be available and it shows it to be so ona few videos I've seen online. Is it a regional thing or am I missing something?

Pretty sure you need to setup an American account to get it
