trouble with getting usb cables to fit plugs

    Is anyone having trouble with getting usb cables to fit plugs for charging. The image shows how far it goes in. Should it not be flush with the plug. . I have this with the plug in photo and with a tablet charger plug. They are the right way around and not bent

    Should be flush. Is it a dodgy unbranded plug? Does it have a CE mark on it?

    This one
    It was 5 euro in a pound shop type place. Are there special usb cables for them?
