Always happens at this spot - I usually hover over the brake going around here!

I don't get it, you were in one lane then moved in on top of the car in the inner land and blew horn at him. He never moved from his lane or path, you did big time /?
Why did you not follow black car in front. Why would you suddenly veer in on top of that car on inner lane.
You need to learn to drive I think. That is pretty bad.

    Still don't get it.
You were behind black car, white car was in inner lane and ahead of you, and suddenly you decide while going around bend to veer heavily into inner lane, and you think car in that lane is wrong ?
    You're crazy

No need for that comment at the end. Consider yourself warned.

This road changes from 2 lanes to 3. The OP continued in the lane they were in the entire time, there was no veering. The silver car veered into their lane. Hence the video. Silver car should have indicated and yielded to change lane.

Not sure why you needed to post that twice but you are wrong both times.

there are 4 lanes on Pearse St. there, 1 is bus for straight on, 2 bus for straight and right, 3 and 4 general traffic right.

Camera was in lane 3 which is marked to lane 2 on Tara St as the bus lane leads to lane 1, both the car in front and the silver car took the junction wide and moved over a lane. It is their driving not camera car that was crap.

This happens here (and at lots of other multi-lane junctions) constantly, I have lost count of the times I have had to take avoiding action or had an idiot in a car swerve back to their correct lane here because of them swinging across lanes on this junction. A nuisance in a car, an accident that needs to be actively avoided in a bus or truck as the fukwits will drive straight into the side of you and then claim you are at fault.

    No way.
What about black car in front. If OP follows it then there is not issue, why was he behind black car if it wanted to be in the lane silver car was in?
And why would he not allow silver car to move ahead first before veering into him?
Had it stayed behind black car there was no issue, he caused the issue. If he wanted to be in lane he veered into then he should have been in that lane behind silver car, not in outer lane following black car.

    Ok
You know that road and I have never seen it.
But if it's an awkward spot then it does not give someone the right to veering into a car regardless.
If a guy is sitting in middle of road it doesn't mean we run over him because we are right and we know road better. If it's a strange road where lanes combine then why act like everyone else should know the road like he does.
All I see is a silver car on inside, and a guy following black car. He stops following black car and ends up way over in on top of car he knows is there.

You are not seeing the black car change from the middle lane (OP's lane) to the new lane 1 that starts at that point??, the black car did not indicate, so maybe thats why you don't notice it. watch the video again but concentrate on the road markings, not the cars. OP remained in his lane the entire time.

I got a cheapo one from Eurogiant that does the same. like yourself, amazed it works at all. Frame rate not a big concern at that price. It's just an extra bit of protection in the event of something untoward happening.

I'll have to get an Imax one to keep the lads here happy I reckon!

poor lane discipline and blasts through 2 well amber lights!

Edit: not sure why it loops before the traffic light - probably a sign I need to renew that SD card!

I think you are on the wrong here. As someone that knows that junction well, the OP was in the correct lane the whole time.

The black car changed lane to the left and the silver car cut up the OP.

Edit - sorry just seen the mod note about moving on as I quoted from the previous page. Apologies.

    Courier called earlier.
    Hands me a box.
I tell him I am not expecting anything.
I accept it anyway and courier heads off.
I go inside open the box and there's a dual dash cam inside.
Same as the one I purchased about a month ago.

Note in with it saying " hope you enjoy your gift and would love to see you soon on Amazon.co.uk".
The one I bought earlier was off e-bay.

Other car is in the wrong. And you're going too fast to expect the unexpected.

How is he going too fast ? Watch his speed. At no point is there silly acceleration. He approaches at 80, goes through first set at 60, drops down to 50 on approach to avensis and was on the ball to see the stupid move and prevent a smash. All using the correct lanes.

    Wow, cool.
But was it the same seller even though different platforms? What good would it be to send you a second? Of course great to receive but a bit odd.
Of course could be a different seller...... so how the hell did you swing that? Pretty nice gift.

    I'm baffled.
No invoice, no mention of a seller or anything.
    Just the note I mentioned.
I never use Amazon and cam is around €75 to buy so I'm assuming it's a mistake.
Why did they say enjoy your gift though?
Seems an expensive gift to send someone out of the blue.
It's a nice cam though and quality of the front cam on the one I'm using already is great.
As good as my go pro I'd say.
