Questions about XTA DP428 Audio Management System

Hi folks! I'm new to DJ'ing and PA systems so I will be thankful for any help. One of my friends recommended me to use XTA DP428 Audio Management System or maybe something similar to this. Hi folks!

2. Is it any better to use it with a normal PA system or this machine only used with big PA systems?

They are over two thousand euro new. As a beginner Dj you in no way need something like that
