Any recommendations where cheapest in Dublin?

Looking for a basic mani pedi file polish - no shellac etc

Can't recomend anywhere, but I'd look around Parnel st for a start. Or you might get a cheap offer on Groupon?

Not city centre, but Take Time salon in Drumcondra do mani pedi (proper massage chair and foot bath) for e49 and they do a great job. Maybe somewhere cheaper in town, but I'm not sure.

Hollywood Nails on Aungier St would be cheap enough, but don't expect a relaxing atmosphere! It's a very in-and-out place but they've always done a good job on my fingernails.
