Sky download failing

    suddenly can't download any movies or on demand programmes on two different boxes?? Works fine on app on phone or PS4. Any advice, tech support couldn't resolve

    I can't access any online Sky stuff either ( catch up, search), box telling me I'm not connected to the web.

    Happens every second time for me. Download starts, then fails. Never gets to the 1% mark.
    Usually have to delete it and clear all the deleted items from my planner before re-starting and it starts on the next attempt.

    Always had problems with sky boxes especially with the wireless dongles....only reliable way was to attach a lan cable however this isnt possible for everyone.
