Equivalent of Parcel Motel in UK?

I need to send a package to someone in Scotland, ideally using a Parcel Motel type service where they can pick it up when they are free. I can't find a service like that - Amazon Locker is just for Amazon deliveries. Has anyone come across one?

1.95£ Doodle pay as you go option ,to collect in a local store, the receiver needs to sign up for it.

Unfortunately the others like Postoffice or Inlocker do not accept parcels from private individuals and are business senders only during ordering.
