Hi there. Does anybody know of any nice gay exclusive or orintated guest houses or hotels in the south of France.
I have found the Louts Tree which looks amazing, but am wondering could anybody suggest anywhere else. The location of the Louts Tree, while beautiful, is a bit of a logistical challenge for a holida.

Do you have any idea where you want to go? South of France covers a fairly vast area.

Montpellier has a reputation as being quite gay friendly, it's also quite student oriented so ideal for twenty-somethings. Would that age category be suitable for you? Nice has the Carnival festival in February, not specifically a gay event though I'm sure it's still a great party.

Both cities have numerous gay friendly hotels that would be easy to get to and there are plenty of gay friendly guesthouses in the small villages around the cities, although as you say this is logistically difficult if you don't have your own vehicle.

Your post is a bit light on details.

My ex partner and I stayed in a beautiful guesthouse called Le Mas Julien near Orange that is gay friendly and is owned and managed by a gay guy. It's a good bit more accessible than The Lotus Tree but you would still need a car.

There are a few other gay/ Gay friendly guest houses on the South of France but they tend to be small and in relatively remote. You best bet is to visit your local tourist information office when you actually get over there as they have a huge amount of accommodation on their books that may not be available online.

Cap D'Agde is amazing, it's a nudest resort and very gay friendly. I literally stumbled upon it when I was walking on the beach! There's loads of apartments, club nights, shopping centre, (all nudist though if that's a problem) it's the largest nude beach in the world as far as I know. I didn't stay there, I was in a non nudest resort down the beach, but the place did seem pretty cool. I was talking to the staff and they said they get a lot of gay men, which I could kind of guess from a walk down the beach.
