Sexing and breeding plecos?

Hi all hoping you can help me out. I bought 2 snowball plecos L102 and 2 rusty plecos L310/L077 and wondering what's the best way to determine their sex. Also what would be the best way to go about breeding them. I currently have the rusty plecos in a 20litre nano tank (I know not ideal) and the snowball plecos in a 75litre community tank this can all be changed around if either of these pairs turn out to be a matching male and female pair.
