I'd say she saw the checkpoint and turned away from it

No she was two cars ahead of me.
I think the cop might have turned around to ask the other cop what was going on.( The 2nd cop was pulling someone over)
    And she drove off.

    Edit
I think you are right!she was probably coming the other direction.

He doesn't have to do that. The car in question should be able to merge its not that difficult.

i was gonna reply to this but Kevin beat me to it.
I don't like calling posters out in here, but this kind of thing annoys me.

We know he doesn't legally HAVE to move over, but I always try my very best to if I can. Why create a dangerous situation where there doesn't have to be one.

Also, speed increased from 112-113kph up to 117kph just after the driver indicated.

I'm the same, see someone pulling onto a motorway, pull out and let them merge safely. Why the hell would't you do that unless you are a bad ignorant driver.

Because so many Irish drivers have a 'fcuk you' attitude to other drivers, and are just generally nasty cnuts when it comes to showing common courtesy to fellow road users.

After watching some of the crash cam videos on youtube, it's clearly a global issue, drivers in western countries are generally far more courteous than the rest of the world.

    Dead right.

I even stop on roundabouts to let people on. I don't understand why other people don't do it tbh :(

An absolute prick of a driver on the M50 yesterday in an A6

    Disclaimer (because there are so many heroes on this thread);
I was at (or slightly above the speed limit the whole time).
I was only in lanes 2 & 3 for overtaking purposes.
I indicate every lane change (even on an empty motorway).
When dickhead passed me, I remained in lane 2 as I was approaching slower moving traffic in lane 1 as well as the upcoming merging junction and wanted to be courteous to those merging (see the previous 2 pages).
I probably also could have undertaken a lot of traffic, as I'll sometimes do with middle lane hogger on the M1, but not on the M50 as it's just too dangerous.

    That's **** behavior!

A lot of the recent posters on here seem to be bitter ignorant cnuts who would rather escalate situations than simply slow down for a moment or let someone out.

One day you'll come across a psycho who will assault you. Then you can post a video of him beating the shyte out of you up here...

Forgot to ask whats story on posting video where a business van is clearly identifiable bullying their way into traffic and its driver gets out and and comes to side window mouthing off cause they don't like waiting a minute or so longer.
It always amazes/amuses me how some businesses invest in livery/markings to advertise their business, and then drive like dicks to turn everyone OFF their business.

Absolute prick right there. One of the main reasons there's so many crashes on that Motorway.

??? If people stopped for every person merging etc then there would be chaos. There is common courtesy and then there is causing problems for other road users. You have to be aware of other road users especially those behind you, nothing worse that having someone in front letting 3 people out into heavy traffic cause you are only causing more of a tail back. If there is only 1 or 2 cars behind I'm not going to stop and why should I. Thing is, like in the video that I posted people don't like waiting in line and sorry but that is not my problem. I was sitting for about 5 minutes with reverse lights on waiting to reverse into the lane and it may be annoying but I didn't try to bulldoze my way out into traffic or try to reverse over the idiot that stood behind me trying to remember where they had parked their car. I'm not going to jump out of my car and start screaming at someone, throwing my toys out of the pram cause I was in the wrong and didn't like queuing like everyone one else there including those behind me. Anyone who thinks its okay to behave like that should not be allowed behind a wheel.

    I'd disagree with you there.

There should be way, way more crashes.

It must be luck or something.

Lorry driver had no lights on(or parks), which is worse imo.
