A cardio consultant for stress test for older guy?

Can anyone recommend a cardiologist for a stress test who has experience with athletes, and especially older athletes? The last guy I went to at 55 more or less told me to give up the hard stuff because of my age, even before the test!

I would skip the cardiologist and keep the fee in your pocket and just go make contact with Bernard Donne in the Human Performance Laboratory in TCD and book a consult with him and the assorted medical team there. He's had many hundreds of athletes of all ages through his doors over the years and is well regarded.
