i pretty sure there are yoga classes in the twin trees hotel leisure center ( used to be the downhill hotel) if you call them they will tell you more, i think the yoga instructor is called karen.

I think there is one alongside O'Grady's dentists, under the archway in Teeling Street, seem to recall seeing the windows covered in Yoga information about classes. Also opposite Dunnes is a place that does classes of some sort.
