Suggestion: Stickied Offers Thread (No Chat)

How about a stickied thread to post special offers? Beyond the 365 bet there are loads of other offers on (like the sky one the other week). A rule could be implemented that only the offers themselves are posted. A separate thread to discuss terms, strategy etc could just run by itself.
