    Hi,

As a limited company owner. Can I claim gym membership at place of employment (customer office)?

(Accountant is on holidays for two weeks so couldn't clarify before this month end).

Confused. Do you run a gym?

No that's a personal expense, not a business expense.

Thanks, I meant using the Gym as a member. aka membership. Not ownership.
The customer offers the option to attend a gym

I would have thought it would be taxable as a BIK under income tax? And therefore deductible to the company under CT tax?
