I disagree, they will defend it.

Signing an international agreement that states you will walk away from the 'union' kinda disputes that.
The tacit withdrawal you don't want to face up to. They have no interest. They don't see you as 'defendable'.

If it wasn’t against the charter I’d post some of my favourite hot porn vid links.

Only when the majority of people living there agree.

Which is in line with British views on Gibraltar and Scotland.

As I've wrote (twice now) you're attributing a quote from one man twenty years ago onto UK government policy today. All that quote represents is the speaker's view.

You don't know what Britain views as defendable.

Yes I do. It is all in b/w in the GFA.

    You have a big imagination!

Everything the GFA states is in line with British policy re Gibraltar and Scotland.

And it states they won't defend the union between NI and Britain. Quite clear.

The No strategic interest comes from The Downing Street Declaration, a UK/Irish government declaration, it is not just one mans opinion. You are WRONG again.

I know. Can you believe that an entire referendum in a neighebouring country was conducted with a mockery of facts but various genusises here ignore that and focus on more cringeworthy navel gazing even when this is the one time they shouldn't be navael gazing. Thats so cringe :o :pac: but sure carry on, whats the harm Lol elohel

He was speaking on behalf of the British? Fair enough but my point that this was twenty years ago still stands. Nor may the declaration have been truthful, it could have been intended to add legitimacy to the agreement.

As to your other point this is again in line with British views on Gibraltar and Scotland.

 It's an official declaration that has not been revoked or withdrawn. It formed the basis of the GFA.

Sometimes I wonder about the depth of knowledge here. A certain level should be mandatory.

Official declarations aren't formally withdrawn when they become obsolete.

Indeed, are you going to forgo your right to vote?

A few minutes ago, it was the opinion of one man, then it was something they stated but had their fingers crossed behind their backs and now they secretly have a Strategic Newfound Interest?

As I said: cringing for you.

I've acknowledged that I didn't know he was commenting on behalf of the Brits.

If you want to cringe for anything you should cringe for your wild assumptions of Britain's intentions towards NI.

Intention's that I add you still haven't justified, no matter how much you try to deflect.

As I suspected that ould abuse to those of differing political opinions is in effect an attempt to silence opposition

The fact you've not said you dont support British withdrawl....is something presumably we are to take you do.....given the history and problems you yourself have raised with it :)

    hashtag brexit

I don't exist in your limited shinner echo chamber. so that quaint vocabulary doesn't apply.

If there wasn't a million present day British planters, you may have a point. but even when I was 7 years old watching the news, that SF cabbage level idiocy stood out.

Thats the problem with shinner pretense. I wouldn't stoop to call it a policy.

    It's just so intellectually insulting.

    Anyway, brexit......it's all a laugh

Edit: Maybe I'm being too harsh on morons! I dunno?
