Interesting find there clogher.
from the side bar on the same page, here's an Irish motoring program called "Motor Ways" (I don't recall it) from Feb '79, with ex-rally driver Paddy McLintock reviewing a Scirocco.
Filmed around Kilmac. Co Wicklow, there's some daredevil camera work around the 2:55 mark - it looks like the camera man was hanging out of a VW van to get the shots!! He passes a 504 estate & then a horserider in quick succession too
Worth a view, its only a couple of minutes long.
