Restaurants and bars

    Hey folks
    I'll be in Belfast this week Thursday and just wondering, Is there any restaurants or bars people would recommend, lads in the early 30s and we are staying in The Raddison ,
    Even what area of the city is the best for bars and food ?

    Bit of an open question there, there are lots and lots of great places to eat and drink in Belfast so it really depends what you're after.
    It's a small city, you'll walk across the city centre in 10 mins, but the Cathedral quarter is the area with the most bars etc.

    The Hudson - fantastic range of beers, decent food, fantastic chicken wings. Not sure how late they serve food.
    The Morningstar - Traditional Belfast pub with fantastic pub grub. Very reasonably priced.
    Bittles - Whiskey bar, great wee spot, decent grub.
    Aether & Echo - Not had the food but have heard it's great, lovely bar, decent beer.
    John Hewitt - Food in the daytime and early evening only I think. Great beer. Legendary music pub.
    Kelly's Cellars - Not much bar a bowl of stew to eat (though next door to the fantastic Mourne Seafood Bar), best spot in town for a Guinness, great music and the craic is mighty.
