Contract Upgrade from Fibre to Fibre Extreme once it becomes available

    If I sign up for one of the Broadband bundles which have 12/18 month contract period now and Fibre Extreme becomes available (I'm on the blue line and it looks like March is the date), can I upgrade to that without paying a penalty?
