Quote for cavity wall and attic

I have a mid terraced house and got a quote for the following g Cavity wall - €550 Attic - €650 which includes the hot water tank and pipes (jacket and lagged) they will also be coving downlights and also includes the hatch to the attic. What do u guys think of the price? Cheers

Another company quoted me saying that it would be around €750.

How the hell is there such a difference in price?

Is the 750 after the grant and the other before
