I can't remember if its Sligo or Mayo people who have chips with curry sauce and coleslaw together

Me I go for the classic salt, vinegar and a blast of ketchup. Either that or the aul chip buttie

    It's obviously Mayo with chips.

Add nothing but like to dip them in garlic mayo.

No salt or vinegar. Never add salt to any meal and chips with just vinegar is wrong.

You can get Fritzl sauce in Austria.

Does it come in a cellar?

Chipper chips I usually go with curry sauce. Those cooked at home, piri piri sauce.

Chipper chips, garlic mayo and cheese.

Chips at home, ketchup and mayonaise, mixed together.

Chips in Canada, mozzarella chunks and gravy - but it's been ages since I had poutine.

Sometimes Worcestershire sauce and other times just salt and balsamic vinegar.

What the hell is wrong with you Irish?

Only thing that needs to be but on chips is lashings of gravy.

Just salt and vinegar on chipper chips. Salt, vinegar and ketchup on homemade chips.

Ketchup (preferably chef), sweet chilli sauce or mustard (get comments about that, is it that weird?)

I bought a bottle of vinegar from my local chippy, so lashings of that, salt and Heinz red, bootylicious.

I've been told that it's all in my mind, but chipper salt tastes much better than shop-bought salt.

That lo-sodium shιt needs to be banned. It tastes like muck.

I agree about the salt and as mentioned above chippy vinegar is miles better than your chefs or what not.

    Ketchup (chef)
    Mayonnaise (Hellmans)
