    I found the following interesting on Trump's speech patterns and the way he sold his message.

    Speech Patterns: (How he answers a question)





    How he debated and influenced the electorate:





    It shocked me, because I like a lot of other people massively underestimated him. He is not the bozo, buffoon or clown that many paint him as.
    I suppose it should surprise me because he is a successful CEO and a TV person/salesman.

    Note the guy who created these videos did so months ago!

    In short, I have now learnt that Trump played the game far better then his rivals, and it also helped that his rivals thought he was a fool.

    Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

    Opinion piece in the Washington Post surmising that Bernie Sanders could have beat Trump after bashing him numerous times.

    Rachel Dem-Stooge Maddow was blaming independents for Hillary's loss while ignoring that Hillary was deeply unpopular with young Dems and despised by just about everyone else.

    The tweedle-dee tweedle-dum duopoly doesn't wash any more.

    Part of the reason i'm so happy with Trump winning is that it is a win for the assholes.

    He said he's going to build a border wall and make Mexico pay for it, he said he can grab women by the gowl and they let him do it because he's famous, he called a career politician a nasty woman on live TV and people laughed and agreed with him.

    He's my goddamn hero for all of this. Just such a complete and utter rejection of the hypersensitive, overly PC society that has come about in recent years and a bunch of people agreed with him and made an absolute asshole the president.

    It shows that harsh gets results and i ****ing love it. The world was going down a very scary path where saying anything other than what the hivemind agreed on was career suicide and he came along and unapologetically said it all and people got behind him in a huge way.

    That's pretty ****ing inspirational.

    Most of us saw these videos and formed accurate conclusions about Trumps abilities over a year ago. Some of us won a small fortune as a result. :D

    And nice whataboutery. I never said I agreed with rioting. I'm all for peaceful protest, it's important to be heard. I also think that the protests are pointless in that they won't change anything but as I said people have a right to be heard.

    However the actions of a protester in the US do not excuse the nastiness that is dripping from some posters on these boards. That's what I was commenting on. I've been trying to have rational discussions but all some (only some) trump supporters have been doing here is being pricks.

    Latino kids are being attacked in school. Muslim women having their headscarves pulled off.

    Yes actually. In 2012 it was estimated by a bipartisan report that lowering Corp tax to 20% would bring home 1.6 trillion in investment offshored by US Headquartered companies. Not sure what that figure is now. Could be even higher.

    Those Muslim women have been arrested for making fraudulent claims.

    There is a video if you care to find it of a Trump supporter being assaulted by a group of blacks for voting for Trump.

    When Santa Monica police confirm there was no reports of Gay hate crimes and no one checked into hospital matching the guy from the infamous bloody pic

    When the Muslim women themselves were arrested for false reports I think it's safe to say the media has reached it's all time low. Trump has really done a number on them.

    People keep saying they are for peaceful protests but when the mobs and rioters were causing havoc in Egypt, Syria and Libya suddenly it became about lets overthrow the gvts and hand over power to the crazies.

    Other than comments from randoms on partisan websites any proof?

    Also there is nothing racist about saying build a wall.

    Anyway, if you're concerned about the rise of white identity politics you should blame the professional identity politicians the Democrats and their supporters. They have created and legitimised black and Hispanic identity politics and if those are okay then so are white identity politics. It was only a matter of time really.

    Anyone can go on facebook and post a fake story that goes viral. The media is grabbing dozens of these stories without putting them through any sort of fact checking process and throwing them out there to fuel the feeding frenzy.
