Indesit smart pwc8128 washing machine - faulty

Hi all Hope someone can help I have a fault with an Indesit Smart PWC 8128 washing machine. The detergent drawer doesn't fill and the cycle didn't finish so the machine was on for about 12 hours, I presume the faults are related. I've checked the obvious like the water inlet etc so any advice appreciated.

set it for any wash and see if it fills, then drain it and set it for rinse , if it fills for one and not the other one of the solenoid valve coils are faulty
