Motorised valve for radiator - on timer

I have a conservatory with one radiator. When it gets dark at night, I switch off the radiator and pull the curtain between conservatory and kitchen as the conservatory would lose a lot of heat and we don't go there after dark. Late at night I switch the radiator back on so it comes on with the central heating in the morning

I'd like to automate this. A simple timer would do. Switch off radiator at 5PM, switch back on at 11PM

Is this an easy DIY job? What parts do I need? How much would a plumber charge all-in for parts + install?

Fantastic! That's as simple a solution as I could have hoped for :)
