Hillary was such a bad choice for democrats.. not surprised she lost after her hubby left the heritage...

I'm watching his speech on TV. He's full of himself.

If the American's thought Obama was bad, they don't know what's coming.

Clinton really messed this up, don't think she really realised the dislike towards her.

Good thing America is not a democracy (which is mob rule), but rather a democratic republic. For now, anyways.

More than half of those who voted. What percentage of the voting population voted?

This is it. It's all that the DNC deserve really.

They went with the one candidate that could actually lose to Trump.

Made their own bed by shafting Sanders

I'm not impressed! I had a bet on Sanders winning, and he would have if he had been selected instead of Clinton.

And behind him during the Trump's speech, is his son Barron really Damien from The Omen? :pac:

People on FB just like to join in on collective outrage.....its the social media thing to do.

Most have no idea what they are usually getting outraged about.

You gotta laugh. People complain that the segment who voted Trump were spoken down on, and at the same time you get comments like this ,

Bill Hicks said that after Bush Snr was elected that ''Anybody could be president. A dead body. A body of water.'' How ****ing right he was.

I for one welcome our new Martian overlord to Planet earth.
Now that he has landed the oxygen levels to his brain should increase and enable him to function at partially normal levels.Eh hopefully........

So I've woken up to read that Trump has been elected president....

    Ahahahahahaha!!

Just like Brexit, this is another FU from the ordinary citizens to an establishment that no longer represents them. The "system" is broken and people have had enough of being treated as pawns/commodities in a economy while corrupt insiders continue to extract a fortune at their expense.

Unbelievable stuff. 2016 continues to be interesting anyway!

Really can't stand this arrogant attitude, in the end it's what lead to trump's victory; "Progress" cannot be questioned by the plebs as theyre just to thick to understand.

The standard of living for ordinary working class people is going backwards, in the end there only so much bs they can take before something has to change.

    So..

When do you think we should expect the first boat full of refugees, you know, who are fleeing to avoid persecution?

The sad thing is just like Brexit , trump will fail to help the so called " poor white" , in the UK and USA they are in the hands of right wing conservatives whose track record is the exact opposite of what they need.

The sheep have opened the cage that keeps the wolves out.

Both will reap a whirlwind of disappointment

100% this. People are sick of corporation owned politicians hellbent on war and false promises.

Trump is a business man self funded and has a track record of getting the job done. American people wanted change and it has finally come

Yes because Trump is going to holocaust the blacks, gays, Mexicans, the disabled etc.

Do you people actually believe this?

Free wigs and plastic surgery for some, deportation and 20ft walls for others.

Good speech, lots of 'greats' in there. Song choice 'You can't always get what you want', slightly ironic or a big giant f*ck you to Hillary supporters?

The US economy would tank if illegals were deported. Expect immediate rowbacks on both that, and the nutty "build the wall" stuff.

I think most people agree that likely none of their problems will be solved. They might just be exacerbated.

The issue is that Trump voters are not necessarily stupid, as they have been branded. Some are, and I'm sure many Clinton supporters are stupid too.

People are just really pissed off and Clinton is more the same old. Not stupid, just pissed off.
