Hi Duff, it's on again at 2am Eastern Time overnight so 7am Irish time tomorrow morning. If you want a link i can give you one but it's an early start lol. Great show though, really some quality stuff from Karolina, Joanna, Conor, Eddie etc.

My favourite bit of the episode:
Karolina says: "I respect her. (then smiles) but i want to smash her face in (smiles more)

I would appreciate a link please, I'm up for work anyway so I can watch it on my commute :D. Thanks dude!

    first embedded is up.

    This feels like Xmas morning.

Dan Hardy breakdown, first Embedded, then John on The MMA Hour! Probably a Mac Life to follow all that too :)

What time (irish time) does the MMA hour start? I usually listen on a Tuesday evening but might tune in live tonight

John will be on MMA Hour in about 5mins time. Ariel playing a 'Ya'll must have forgot' segment while they rejig the studio.

John did the same thing on Late Late Show. Starts off the first 2 mins very nervous then settles down into his flow! It's a great feeling when you feel the nerves drifting away to be able to relax.

JK is a class guy. Speaks so well and so considered.

Delighted to hear John calling out the awful commentary in the Diaz fight.

I'm delighted he called out Joe Rogan for that BS biased commentary on the Diaz fight. I've been saying it consistently in this thread myself.

Yeah that biased Diaz commentary by Rogan was so blatant in the fight and really irked me as thought he was better than that, at least try and hide it Joe.

Very interesting John reckons he'd have an easier time making 145 now than he would have a year or 2 ago.

I think John is robbing your views from here and passing them off as his own ;)

    Haha.

To be fair the 3 mins i spent with him in SBG the other week clearly had a long-lasting effect :pac:

Brilliant interview. I love that it wasn't turned into the "McGregor show". Ariel did really well not making it all about Conor, great questions and gave John a lot of scope to discuss a lot of stuff.

Was slightly disappointed John didn't congratulate Ariel on the new baby though lol. He had the perfect opening to do it when he talked about having his own kids soon. I'm sure he congratulated him off-screen but woulda been a nice touch to have it on the episode :)

Really fascinating segment where he discussed how he drifted away from Conor for a while in the lead-up to the first Diaz fight. Almost going from Coach/Friend to mere acquaintances nodding at each other walking by. I'm sure that's something most of us can relate to as well, when work or children or hobbies ....life.....takes over and good friends start to become mere acquaintances.

    Lockhart's food looks like dog****.

Dude needs to take a few lessons. I'm sure it's nutritionally spot on, but it looks terrible any time I've seen him cook.

I thought the lime and ginger chicken looked great!

McGregor Vs Mendes on eir sport 1 at 11.15. That fight had me on the edge of the seat throughout, for a while it looked like Conor was in trouble

Anyone know the reach of McGregor v Alvarez ? I think there is something like only 3 inches between them in height difference, who is the taller?

The rice was shocking looking, like a badly cooked risotto and the chicken looked like it had the mange.

Same size McGregor has a 5 inch reach advantage.

Conors is 74" Eddie is 69"
