Any advice on moving e vision recordings to a DVD

My evision box is full up with recordings and I want to make more space available. I have a DVD recorder but I can't back up the recordings. Any advice. It's just a lot of gaa matches that I don't want to delete.

Further information required, what's preventing you backing up the recordings?
