Do people find it easier to sell piece meal or a whole? I guessing it would be slower to sell part by part but I'd get a better return.

Easier and less hassle to sell as a whole. The core unit is solid, but the graphics card plays the biggest role in deciding the asking price. 2500K is still a good processor and far outstrips the GTX770. Just upgrading to a new card would have you playing all the latest games at ultra settings no problem. Shouldn't be difficult to sell as is, though.
