Paul craig Roberts thinks that Trump will win too but that the election will be stolen in favour of Clinton. Apparently Trump rallies are "sell out" events whereas Clinton can barely half fill the auditoriums. Check it out:

Paul Craig Roberts has gradually turned into a loon bat who thinks that 911, Sandy Hook, Charlie Hebdo, Orlando nightclub shootings and attacks were inside jobs

But because he was once ass. secretary of the treasury, he is making money off the lucrative conspiracy theory market

How exactly is Hillary corrupt? I keep seeing this mentioned. She's supposed to be the most corrupt person ever to run.

Trump bribed attorney generals to fix court cases. Hillary has never been caught giving or taking a bribe.
Hillary took donations to the Clinton foundation. Not a penny of that went her way. There's never been any suggestion that she benefited from it financially. Trump bought a 6ft painting of himself with money from his foundation. He used money from his foundation to settle legal issues. He's said he's donated loads of money but he hasn't.
Hillary is apparently in the pocket of big banks and corporations. Which is why she's raising taxes on corporations, limiting their power and taxing the wealthy more. I have no idea how you can be both in their pocket and do that but apparently that's what she's doing.
Trump is not in the pocket of big business or rich people which is why he's creating tax breaks for the wealthy and for corporations. Tax breaks that will benefit his family business. His business is supposed to go into a blind trust but it's a blind trust run by his kids that he'll still have control over.

Clinton has released tax returns. Trump refuses to do it. When he's asked to he says it's because he's being audited. The IRS says that he's allowed to show them.

Clinton apparently messed up Benghazi. Despite loads of investigations by congressional and senate committees, run by republicans, she hasn't faced a single charge and all reports compiled by the committees say that she was not personally liable for anything that happened.

She had an email server at home. Ok, that was bloody stupid. When I heard that I thought "How can anyone be allowed to do that?". But she's not the first. Loads of republicans too have used personal email accounts for work. Hell, Sarah Palin used a yahoo account for work and personal business when she was governor of Alaska. Blackberries were destroyed? Well, they're supposed to be destroyed. they're the guidelines. Doesn't matter how you wipe them, give them to me and I'll get info from them. The only way to be safe is to destroy them with extreme prejudice.

And to top it all off, Trump has sexually assaulted loads of women.

    Here's a taste:

I can't believe some people here actually believe Trump is a good candidate.

He's not necessarily a good candidate, but he is better than Hillary.

She could be impeached in the first year of her term based on stuff she may already have done/known about.

Trump has no political experience. He is racist, homophonic, xenophobic. He has been caught on camera openly admitting to sexually assaulting women. 10 women have come out and said they've been sexually assaulted by him. He has imitated a disabled reporter. He has shown a short temper and an inability to string proper sentences together.

I'm curious; if that's not bad, what would constitute a 'bad' candidate?

    Bush

It's a bizarre race. even the leading 3rd party candidate, gary johnson, is a complete looper

Very true, he only seems to make the news for bizarre behavior or failing to answer questions. The Aleppo moment is probably the standout.

Sam Harris (I love listening to that guy) on the Joe Rogan experience talks about the difference between the two candidates here.

    Very well explained.

Clinton is massively flawed but at least she is qualified and feckin' understands the legal and governmental systems

She's qualified? She didn't show any signs of that when she ignored intelligence warnings on the ground and presided over the murder of the US Ambassador to Libya. She also presided over the implosion of several middle eastern countries and laughed with joy when Gaddaffi was murdered by the roadside in Libya. Libya was almost returned to the stone age and is now a cesspit of extremism, populated by rival militias vying for power. On her watch, we also had the rise and strengthening of Daesh to unprecedented levels and now we are trying to clear up a mess her incompetence as Secretary of State helped create.

She appears before a Senate Committee over the thousands of deleted emails. And on 37 occasions to a variety of question, she answers that she could not remember or recall. Think about that for a minute. This person could have her hand on the nuclear button in a couple of months from now and at 69 years old, she's either manifesting signs of neurological deficit, neurological deterioration with progression towards age related senility, Alzheimer's ect. Or maybe she's just a lying, corrupt scumbag doing anything to protect her ass.

Trump might be an ass and the quality of candidates for a US Presidential election has probably never been as poor. But with Trump, I don't feel an impending threat of World War 3. With Hillary, it's a matter of when it will happen, not if it will happen. I didn't think I'd ever see a worse war dog that George W. but if Clinton gets in, she'll make Bush look like a pacifist.

For me, the best case scenario is both candidates pull out of the race for health reasons and Big Bird from Sesame Street becomes President. He'd certainly be a more competent and safer President than the two muppets currently running.

Haha! Big Bird would be great.....
..and, crazily enough, no more outrageous than the present possibilities

    Won't happen.

I still think Clinton will win. There are not enough angry white people in America to get him over the line and I cannot see moderates or minority voters, who make up a growing voting block, going for him in any large numbers.

The Republicans must be kicking themselves, they could have easily won this election had they chosen a more moderate candidate.

I meant as % of voters but I guess you mean of winning. Source?

You think Sanders would have won 80% of the popular vote? OK then.

Yeah, Clinton is 98.3% to win the election, from the HuffPost.

A republican house of representatives and Senate would make impeachment a real possibility

I think Trump is ready to reclaim America. Clinton is finished.

Well, stolen/rigged elections are nothing new in the US.

Wonder if baba vanga's prediction could actually materalise here

That is: Due to either protests, impeachment or health factors the final process will be suspended, and Barry will be re-instated.

It seems like Paddy Power's 1/3 odds are very good value when HuffPost says it's 1/50. Seems stupid not to put money on it.

The only Polls of any practical use, are the ones on football fields to indicate where to kick the ball in between.

Current odds on HC are @1.33 (i.e. 133% Return on Investment). That figure has been drifting recently, so wouldn't be surprised to see 1.5 or even possibly 1.88 when the market starts to close or when early results start to filter in.

This is my favourite time of the year because of the crazy predictions should a certain candidate win. Its hilarious that Clinton is now being blamed for the Arab Spring essentially by some.

In October 2008 we were told that the US economy would totally collapse ala the wall street crash of 1929, the Dow would fall below 6,000, gasoline prices would skyrocket, dollar would become worthless, hyperinflation would be rife and the us would be open to more major terrorist acts like 9/11 should the country be stupid enough to elect a Muslim who was not born in America as president.

13 times under George bush's presidency us embassies were attacked and not a peep from the right. Bush and his team deleted 22 million emails and again nothing from the right..nobody was brought before congress, nobody was questioned by the fbi, nobody was jailed, nobody was impeached.

I predict that that neither candidate will be elected due to an unforeseen event as foretold here.

Think that about covers it. Really can't wait till all this nonsense is over and normal insanity is resumed.

I think Clinton will win, just, but I think she will do a significant amount of damage to the public view of woman in American politics, to quote an American female friend of mine. I think she will kill more people than Obama or Bush, by quite a distance. She is the better choice of two but I have massive reservations about her as President of the USA.
