I can't fathom people putting them at the same level. What is THAT about? Clinton is massively flawed but at least she is qualified and feckin' understands the legal and governmental systems. Definitely not an idiot. Trump isn't necessarily an idiot either but he seems not too interested in understanding what the job will entail and is far too thin-skinned to be a politician. He wants to win this because he has a desperate need to be alpha in everything he does.

My prediction: Clinton will win but it won't be a huge landslide.

Clinton understands the law enough to get away with breaking it.

    "I don't recall"

On that, Clinton is still the favourite but Trump's odds have shortened. He was 3/1 on Paddy Power yesterday.

Wouldn't bet on it now as there is little value, last year was the time to get around 'twenty fold return' on any stakes on this event.

Have a feeling Trump will win 'Bigly', really bigly. With a poverty line of 14.5% and little signs of change since O'Bama promised it, folks may well take a wild chance with the big lad as the lesser of two evils.

For POTUS 2020: Can foresee either Mr.Terminator (AS) or the Facepage teenager (Zuckerberg) having a good chance. Who knows even Will Smith may like a go. No markets available as yet, would expect 100/1 odds maybe appearing during 2018.

Wow. He was 3/1 when he was leading in the polls a few months ago.

Julian Assange claims he has information that will soon be released that will have her arrested.

Either way true or not? Hilary or Trump will make decisions that i feel will lead to global instability. I would not be surprised if the world is mess sometime during the middle of 2017.

If he actually had that information I think he would have released it around the final deadline for someone other than Tim Kaine to step in for her. It's too late now.

I think the liberal media vastly under-estimate the angry surge of the' Redneck Spring' (can I hereby stake some claim to that tag/label/epithet...you heard it here first)

Obama wasn't considered as much of a favourite as Clinton, due to McCain being a moderate Republican and being quite likeable, and I think it was thought that the redneck vote would come out to vote and keep a black man from the White House. Didn't happen. That's why I think it won't happen now. And Trump is disliked by many more people than McCain was so there should be extra people coming to vote to keep Trump out.

Clinton will win and within a year she will have to step down ala Nixon.

Yeah, imagine her having distain for someone who doesn't seem to know the difference between the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the government. Ya know, elementary school-level government knowledge. What an elitist cow.

No matter how good, bad or indifferent (or corrupt) any previous presidential candidate has been in the past, they have all entered the race with the intention of serving.

Trump is the very first to have absolutely NO interest or intention in serving.

He should ring up Hillary now to concede. My guess is that he loses badly (i.e. by more than one single vote), but bleats on about a fix until the next election.

If Trump gets in, witness an unholy race to unearth his Irish ancestry - he has to have a great great grand uncle twice removed somewhere. ;)

Trump to win with the shy voter on polling day. Think America is sick of Clinton.

Dont get me wrong... i hate Clinton and everything she stands for.

But consider for a second, the global ramifications of Trump... being president of the US....

    I mean really consider...:(

Its a pity the 3rd party candidates dont even get a look in because of the biased coverage by the media.

I know one of them doesnt know were Aleppo is.

I would have loved to see Bernie Sanders be the Democratic Nominee he would be a better president than Clinton.

Bernie would have been an excellent president.. one for the people.

Which is why he would never getting in ahead of Clinton... the elites made sure of that.

I think Obama was a good president (obviously people have different views on this) But i reckon Bernie would have been fantastic.

But then this shows what is wrong with the world.

In a general election Sanders would have been creamed regardless what candidate the Republicans picked. America are decades away from choosing a guy as far left as Sanders to the top office., just a fact of life.

How exactly is Hillary corrupt? I keep seeing this mentioned. She's supposed to be the most corrupt person ever to run.

Trump bribed attorney generals to fix court cases. Hillary has never been caught giving or taking a bribe.
Hillary took donations to the Clinton foundation. Not a penny of that went her way. There's never been any suggestion that she benefited from it financially. Trump bought a 6ft painting of himself with money from his foundation. He used money from his foundation to settle legal issues. He's said he's donated loads of money but he hasn't.
Hillary is apparently in the pocket of big banks and corporations. Which is why she's raising taxes on corporations, limiting their power and taxing the wealthy more. I have no idea how you can be both in their pocket and do that but apparently that's what she's doing.
Trump is not in the pocket of big business or rich people which is why he's creating tax breaks for the wealthy and for corporations. Tax breaks that will benefit his family business. His business is supposed to go into a blind trust but it's a blind trust run by his kids that he'll still have control over.

Clinton has released tax returns. Trump refuses to do it. When he's asked to he says it's because he's being audited. The IRS says that he's allowed to show them.

Clinton apparently messed up Benghazi. Despite loads of investigations by congressional and senate committees, run by republicans, she hasn't faced a single charge and all reports compiled by the committees say that she was not personally liable for anything that happened.

She had an email server at home. Ok, that was bloody stupid. When I heard that I thought "How can anyone be allowed to do that?". But she's not the first. Loads of republicans too have used personal email accounts for work. Hell, Sarah Palin used a yahoo account for work and personal business when she was governor of Alaska. Blackberries were destroyed? Well, they're supposed to be destroyed. they're the guidelines. Doesn't matter how you wipe them, give them to me and I'll get info from them. The only way to be safe is to destroy them with extreme prejudice.

And to top it all off, Trump has sexually assaulted loads of women.

Have a look into the workings of the Clinton foundation, its laughable at best.

Sure isnt Dennis O Brien squeaky clean as well......

Guess anyone has the chance to win, as long as you have $1bn to spare, or if your husband has done it first.

Interestingly Ivanka Trump is 200/1, or Michelle Obama 50/1 to win in 2020. Defiantly think the billionaire Zuckerberg has a real chance.

The US political system is truly awful for a country that harps on about democracy. Realistically it's a two party country. None of the others will ever have a hope as long as the media and big businesses plough all support behind the two major parties.

This election cycle was the perfect opportunity for a party other than the Republicans or Democrats to make significant gains and they have utterly failed in this. Its very hard for them to make any gains since they are not allowed into even one of the debates unless they reach 15% in the polls, a rule which in itself is utterly ridiculous.

The Clinton Foundation is a shining beacon compared to Trump University. As already asked, HOW can it be said that Clinton is as corrupt or more corrupt than Trump?

He isn't that bad. I think people go a bit OTT with Trump, he might be an arsehole but I think the difference between him and Hillary is marginal. It is basically a pick what you like contest.

Trump has no political experience. He is racist, homophonic, xenophobic. He has been caught on camera openly admitting to sexually assaulting women. 10 women have come out and said they've been sexually assaulted by him. He has imitated a disabled reporter. He has shown a short temper and an inability to string proper sentences together.

I'm curious; if that's not bad, what would constitute a 'bad' candidate?

So Haiti has an earthquake, the Clinton Foundation get some of their backers to donate to help Haiti, with Bill getting business from the Haiti donors in the form of around $500,000 in speaking fees.
Shining light, using devastation in Haiti for personal gain.

    Trump has no political experience.

Yup, and based on the debates, he doesn't even have elementary knowledge of the American governmental and legal systems. That is really embarrassing.

Firstly, I said compared to the Trump Foundation. Please read more carefully.

You might want to be more clear here. The Clinton Foundation helped out in Haiti. What's this about Bill getting business from donors? Did he use the funds donated to the foundation for Haiti? Or were the speaking fees separate from the money donated to the foundation? If the speaking fees were separate, what does this have to do with the foundation? The donors are free to pay him speaking fees separate to what they donate to charity, no?

Hillary Clinton. She has a horrific foreign policy record. She was against Gay marriage and then for it. Is she homophobic? Depends what agenda you follow. Just face up to it, the election choice sucks donkey cock.
