Overcharged for M4 toll - what to do?

I passed though Enfield toll on M4 couple days ago. Went through self-service lane and paid with card. Only next day I realised, I was actually charged €7.10 which is a charge for articulated truck. I was driving regular car. I already contacted them through email, but surely they don't deal with issues now during bank…

I'd say chase them up on Tuesday as in talk to a human, you'll get nothing done on a weekend especially a bank holiday one.

Call them and explain, they should be able to check it if you give them the rough time you went through. Most likely the ANPR has not read your front number plate correctly, was the plate dirty or damaged?
