URGENT - Penalty point code

I'm trying to get insured temporarily on a UK insurance policy. That insurer is asking for 4 digit code (2 letters, 2 numbers) relating to penalty points picked up for holding mobile phone whilst driving. Can anyone advise what that code would be? Thanks

I'm guessing since it's uk, but never seen any irish codes. So assume they mean CU80
