    Hi all

Would anyone have a copy or booklet for tax deductible expenses for Irish companies such as computers/phone/subsistence/tools and equipment and what is acceptable and what isn't and when expenses exceed the limit or when too much is questionable

    General information will do

You could start here - http://www.revenue.ie/en/business/running/allowable-expenses.html

That page is for sole traders and partnerships but most of it applies equally to companies.

In general "any expense, wholly and exclusively paid for the purposes of the trade or profession" is allowed. No limits as long as it fits the previous caveats!

How about a masters course ? Would anyone know if this can be offset against business revenue to reduce tax liability
