Looking rent to buy/assume mortgage

    Just wondering if there's anyone out there in a position to sell a house as rent to buy or maybe house is due to be reposed and would rather assume the mortgage over to me rather than getting a bad credit rating?? Dublin Meath Kildare Louth areas all considered

    It depends on the bank and the debt collectors some of them don't do it but as far as I'm aware pepper will let u assume a mortgage
