HKC SecureComm continuous loss of comms

I have the HKC app installed and wifi card about a year...I have constant loss of comms from the panel to wifi router I have Eng access ...any suggestions ?

Probably one for your installer Shane. It's more than likely a signal strength issue. It's more than likely still under warranty too.
