Next 2 fixtures look tough but City have only 1 clean sheet this season.

Don't see many better sub 9m options.

Oh I agree, think he will be great value.

If Costa wasn't so uselessly and stupidly agressive (he well reverted to his old bad self with Spain during the international break - was heavily criticised for it too) he could be! He's on 7 goals & 2 assists (for 4 YC) in 8 games! In a way it's crazy he's not more owned (32.5% currently).

Incredible that I'm the one defending Costa :pac:...

21 points in his last two GWs. Even with a one game ban incoming I don't think I'll be getting rid anytime soon.

Almost 45% in the top 10k which is more representative of active teams, but I believe he's started better than two seasons ago and then he was in 80% of top 10k when I ditched him in October. I'd say it's due to Lukaku performing and so many mids firing that not many are willing to commit to an Aguero Costa Lukaku front line

I have to say it's amusing to see so many transferring in Stekelenburg presumably in the belief that he is now going to be saving loads of penalties and getting tons of save points. He's the 7th most transferred in player this week.

Strongly considering a rejig of my midfield.

Sanchez, Sterling and Antonio to Walcott, De Bruyne and Firmino.

Does any of that seem too kneejerk?

Very kneejerk Sanchez, sterling and Antonio are all playing at home next week potential big score from them

Ya I noticed that it's ridiculous. It's the same with the Bournemouth defenders!!!!

Strerling was poor against Spurs and poor against Everton and with CL and league cup games approacing, he may be rested. Antonio is playing as an attacking full back so I can see why someone would want to transfer him out.

Think I need Liverpool coverage - sterling to one of mane, firmino or coutinho maybe.
See how things go today & Monday.

Not really sold on having Valencia anymore either. Could do valencia to holebas or pieters/Cameron (stoke & Watford both have decent fixtures. Which leaves me enough to do sterling to kdb for -4.

Or just stick with valencia for now and do my original sterling to mane/coutinho/firmino?

it's like Butland all over again

Butland was different though. He was cheap and consistently delivering cleanies and save points in a solid Stoke defence. Stek has suddenly come out of nowhere and produced a one-off monster score with nothing to suggest he'll deliver as consistently as Butland did last season.

Might do Kone to Holebas tonight as I have the exact funds and he's at -99.6 at the moment. Evans gets a reprieve due to being nowhere near a drop.

Hhhmmmmm was gonna wait till tomorrow night with a view to maybe even banking it but I don't think i could tolerate losing .1 on the absolute disaster zone than Kone has been
    Pieters would be his replacement

This was pretty much my thinking, and I can't go for Walcott without getting rid of Sanchez. I have Bellerin and Monreal.

It feels like he's been on the brink of dropping for ages. Can't believe I actually went for him over Holebas in the wc.

Can't decide on the best replacement for Kone. 2m in the bank but already have 3 Arsenal. Thinking doubling on Stoke def but Spurs are very solid too.

Do I do Sanchez to Walcott. It's like Sophies Choice.

I'm between Holebas, "Stoke defender", or "Liverpool defender". Could do with another day. I may let him fall. In which case I may even hold for another week.

"Stoke defender" looks most sensible but Christ they're a dull lot. Can't see a goal or assist between them.

Butland back in a few weeks helps too.

Pieter's was very close to scoring yesterday.

Cameron's had good chances to score the last two weeks and Pieters could have had an assist yesterday

I'm struggling with which one to bring in. That's why I'm trying to find player heat maps so I can see where Cameron has been hanging around.

Rage -8 for a 0.0 ITB whilst I can still afford it!
    Son out for De Bruyne.
    Baines out for Pieters.
    Sterling out for Chadli.
In no particular order leaves me with the following:
    Heaton/Jaku
    Walker Smith Evans Pieters Amat
Sanchez De Bruyne Chadli Milner Capoue
    Lukaku Aguero Benteke

I posted a link to a free app that did average positions.

Also the 442 statszone app dashboards are good.

Where did you post that link as I haven't seen it?

Was it in response to my question?

No. It was a while back. On mobile so can't search properly. If you search my posts for the word app you should get it.

This is the statszone one which is really rather excellent if you have time to play with it. Which sadly i haven't this season.

Daydreaming on the way to work there.....

    Aguero to Costa

Anyone else thinking of ditching Kun? I'm not knee-jerking or anything but his and Man City's form have dipped a lot lately and I could do with the extra cash elsewhere.

Anyway, haven't had my morning coffee yet so it could just be the sleep deprivation talking

This argument happens every single season
    He is worth the money
He will hurt you one week very soon if you sell him
He is the only essential player in the game IMO

It crossed my mind last night though. Possibly for the first time since I started playing the game.

I'm always in the 'you must own Aguero' camp but with so many options scoring well, and several vaible captains most weeks, for once, it may be possibe that the extra 3m spread around wisely would cover the Aguero-Costa difference.

Charlie Austin has 2 points less that Aguero in 107 less minutes playing time.

It may actually be time to re-examine the Aguero comfort blanket.
