Well til Baines returns he will be on them, don't be surprised to see Oviedo get a couple of games.

Yes he did only score 1 ever but Joe Allen never scored in 3 consecutive games and people are getting him in.

Still tho, it's Not a transfer I'd be rushing to do

I done Redmond to Stanislas last night, Taking frees, pens and had returns prior to yesterday. Bournemouth are hitting form and have some nice fixtures coming up!

Oviedo was awful yesterday. Barring a more serious injury setback surely Baines comes straight back in.

Worrying in that regard that Baines wasn't even on the bench.

Barring injuries I'll be able to bank this week. -8 last week sorted my team structure out as I moved back to a 343 set up from a 433 set up.

Was Baines injured or dropped yesterday? Getting fed having my premium defender getting me nothing each week.
Victor Moses at 5.5m anyone? Looks like he has a starting position there for now.
I have 2 FT this week. Ibra still in my squad, taking up more funds than the points he is delivering at the moment. However, I just have a feeling that the games v Liverpool and Chelsea are made for him and could see him scoring in each...they then have Burnley and Swansea.
Mulling over the following changes, which I have the exact amount to do right now:
    Baines > Bellerin
    Sanchez > Walcott
    Deeney > Lukaku
    Thoughts?

For me personally I wouldn't drop sanchez & Deeney also has great fixtures.
I'd prefer to lose ibra to lukaku in your position and then try get Walcott in for one of your cheaper mids.

Probably should have went for Chadli but for the season that's in it I went Snodgrass to Stanislas. Bournemouth are playing well and he's on pens.

They've some quick players and knock the ball about so should win a few.

Yeah I'm thinking of getting him for Puncheon as part of a reshuffle.

One to wait until he's starts scoring before considering for me. There are a lot of attacking options for basically 2 places in your team (Kun being mandatory).

Yeah he's a bit expensive for the risk too. Hull next though. Their defending was stunningly bad yesterday.

    I may get tempted yet.

After eight weeks Aguero has two great ones, a good one, three bad ones and a two week suspension.

Those stats suggest he isn't worth keeping at his price. What say others?

I have made two transfers which are Out: Sanchez, Barry In: Walcott, Firminho

I'm really tempted to take a hit to get rid of Aguero this week too.

I'm considering it, would allow me to bring in Costa and upgrade Sterling to KDB

I won't be selling aguero but I do think its a season of no must haves. There is an array of options in both midfield and attack that can all deliver . The key is to not panic when one of the ones you don't have scores highly.

Thinking Capoue to Allen but will see how he does today.

Allen seems like a good tranfer to bring in...

    My GW transfers
    IN: walcott , vertonghen
    OUT: mirallas , alderwiereld

This question comes up every year.

Aguero will have one weekend where he could end your season if you don't have him captained - that's what makes him essential for me.

Remember QPR a couple of years back? I'd been trailing a rival for months until that day.

Every season he'll have one weekend at least where he delivers a bonanza score.

Would you be panicking if you didn't have Walcott? He's the only one that scares me atm.

Depends who else I had. I took an 8 pt hit as I only had 6 decent attackers. You can't have them all. The good thing about Walcott as a non owner is that most with him won't captain him.

I would be. He's a top player in this game when on form and, at his price this season, there's no justifiable excuse not to have him.

That's a bit harsh. It's very rare to have 2 mids from the same club. With Arsenal there are so many options and before the international break people were tearing up their team to get Sanchez in.

I'll probably get him all right. I'm still reeling from fcking up my team to get Sanchez though. If I'd just done Caz to Theo I'd be 50 or 60 points up. Hindsight is great!

I'm not sure what to do with my team as I've (very unusually for me) tended to go for the more expensive options from the various teams - Mane, Payet, Baines rather than the cheapest way in (Firmino/Lallana, Antonio, Williams) so I've gotta get rid of some of the dearer guys to facilitate a reshuffle. I.e. can't afford Theo in 4th mid slot with this configuration.

But Payet has Sunderland next, and I'm hoping Mane makes it hard for me tomorrow night.

I picked the more expensive guys as I believed in them more, and trying not to panic, but it's kinda limiting my flexibility which I don't like.

I'm likely to go Siggy or Coutinho over Walcott, trying to limit my players with European football until December. Although I've changed my mind that Giroud or Perez will get any significant run in the side. Walcott will play almost every league match until we lose form (usually November is a poor month for us).

I wasn't trying to be harsh. I just think it's a no brainer to have him given recent form. I was told to put him in yesterday morning (haven't been paying much attention to FF lately) but Shearer said on MOTD he has five goals in eight games. What other mid at that price point will deliver performances like that?

I'm also going on his history in the game from previous seasons.

Re two mids from the one team, Arsenal are a side where it is warranted. They will rack up big scores. I remember a couple of years back having 2 Arsenal mids and Giroud.

Brought Baines into my team when I used my WC 2 weeks ago, nothing back from him.

Thinking of doing Capoue & Baines out, Monreal & Fletcher in (as a sub) for -4

    Stanislas in for watmore

No idea why I had watmore in the first place

Might be time to replace Defoe.
2m in the bank but not sure who to bring in. Maybe Austin or Wilson?

Strongly considering a rejig of my midfield.

Sanchez, Sterling and Antonio to Walcott, De Bruyne and Firmino.

Does any of that seem too kneejerk?

Austin has City away next. I'll probably get him in for Benteke in GW10

Next 2 fixtures look tough but City have only 1 clean sheet this season.

Don't see many better sub 9m options.

If Costa wasn't so uselessly and stupidly agressive (he well reverted to his old bad self with Spain during the international break - was heavily criticised for it too) he could be! He's on 7 goals & 2 assists (for 4 YC) in 8 games! In a way it's crazy he's not more owned (32.5% currently).

Incredible that I'm the one defending Costa :pac:...
