    I don't drink any fizzy drinks at all. Just water, tea and coffee for me.

    1 can of coke on my way home from work every day. My beer when I drink.

    I m jaded lately when I come home and have to go out again to farm, would my diet have anything to do with it or is age catching up with me?

    My day was good. I can see yours was strained. Obviously an injustice has been done at your workplace, hope it sorts itself out.
