Hi everyone,

Ive been searching for an ethiopian restrant for over a year and finally gave up and decided to try and make some recipies myself, i have been successful at making the wats (stews) because a friend sent me the berbere spice from Ethiopia. My attempts at making the Injera however have failed miserably. Does anyone know where i can buy ready made injera in Dublin? Pleas let me know if you have any idea.
