I see Ireland have a new pro Continental team, Aqua Blue Sport. Is this the first time we've had a Pro Continental Team? Lined up Matt Brammeier, Martin Irvine and Lars Nordheig (currenlty Sky) so far. Sporting director is Nikki Sorensen, financed mainly by Rick Delaney it seems. Anyone know much about them? How long does it take a Pro Continental Team to get established? I'm guessing nobody gets Grand Tour invites in the first few years
