I got a 500GB PS4 and PES 16 for e230 from Amazon Warehouse during the summer. The description was "Used-Very Good" but in reality the console was brand new with everything still sealed in unopened plastic wrapping, and tape protectors on the control pad. The PS4 box was slightly torn on one end, that was it. Worth a look anyway.

I was on to Argos CS over a reservation I had, that someone else took. Anyway, they say Cork Queens Old Castle, Dublin Ilac Centre, Galway, Carlow and Sligo have reserved stock.

The reduced price on the console was supposed to be good until tonight, and the deal with the games and controller good until 13th. Could be worth visiting one of those stores before COB this evening and seeing are they still there.

Just got a friend to check in Argos in Galway they have that deal down at a price of 360 as opposed to the screenshot. 1 left in stock if anyone interested!

Screenshot says price is valid until 03/10/16, argue it with them!

All of the older models of PS4 look to be no longer available through the Argos website. Just the "Slim" ones listed under PS4.

As I couldn't make it in myself didn't get a chance, friend knew nothing about it bar that I asked her to check the price on it so didn't wanna push my luck and have her try and argue my case for it haha. Will probably regret that in the long run

The new model PS4, with FIFA17 & extra controller is €350, so my guess is that it's that offer that's available in Galway.

Previous poster advised of reserved stock of the older model in a few branches which should become available if the reservations aren't taken by COB today.

It was the stock number for the older model as posted earlier in the thread which she checked. 1tb console with fifa ratchet and clank and a 2nd controller. Fwiw it showed up as just 1 in stock if anyone wants to try and make it before COB

The person who pre-ordered the whole set never showed up in Sligo as of 17.45 (closes at 18:00). The deal was there for them and would have been honoured at €224.99 they said.

Frustrating that they stopped some other person from getting the deal by thoughtlessly reserving something they didn't want.

I got my refund from game today. Quicker than I expected also less than I expected. The exchange rate must be different because I was refunded a fiver less than I paid!!!

Have seen elsewhere that they didn't refund postage of £4.95, could it be that?
