Also one of the staff stopped some guy buying a tray of Blacks Ops 3 because she knew he was gonna sell them on straight away and said it wasn't fair on genuine customers.

Wow what a scummer. Glad they stopped that. Guy here was buying bags full of games and blatantly saying he was going to sell them on as last time he got two ps4s out of it. He was on his phone checking value, after just throwing a ton in his trolly. Kept hovering about also watching what people were buying and usijg his trolly tactically to block people when they brought out new stock.

Anyway. Got a few decent bargains. Got the entire star wars Blu ray collection, and the special edition of the new film. Mad Max on Blu ray too. A few wwe DVDs too. Decent selection if I'm honest.

Plenty of destiny, halo, FIFA cod in Douglas.
Nothing very recent.

I picked up halo , the crew, project cars and a few ds games for the kids.

Staff kept bringing more stuff out, but anything good went quickly.

They have a load of stock still according to customer service.
Pair this with the cheap PS4 /Fifa and uncharted I got yesterday and it's been a great week for BA.

But not so good for my pocket

Boo. Did clarehall bring anything new out I wonder... although clarehall said the blu rays aren't on the 5 for €10 which was annoying, whereas it went through no bother in Santry.

Got this for a tenner in tesco in cavan they have their stock split between the one on main street and the main grocery shop. there's still some good dvd sets left up in the grocery one not a great selection in main street though. gotham series one, game of thrones etc.

Complete waste of time in Tesco Carlow. All PS4 and Xbox One games seem to have been removed from shelves since yesterday and in their place PS2 and DS games which are not even worth 10. Most of the dvds are bottom of the barrel crap too. Only decent boxsets were the hobbit movies on blu ray

Got Tom Clancy The Division, Dark souls 3, Far cry Primal and Just Cause 3. Also got 2 3 month plus memberships. Not much left in Ennis but Dvds now.

Hoping not to be lambasted but bought couple of xbox one games for the brother (thought I'd get Xmas sorted early) only to find he has both. What's the story with Gamestop? Anyone know how they calculate the value they give you? Hoping I could get something he doesn't have for them whereas tesco would just give me my 20 quid back. Shelves nearly empty when I left so I'd say there's nothing left by now.

If you have a CEX near to you go in there and trade in they give you cash

Not sure, but as I said in my original post some guy had a tray filled up with Black Ops 3's and MGS V's until the manager took them off him and put them back on the shelve, beside them all that I saw was Destiny, FIFA 16, Farming Simulatur and Rugby 15. They were stocking up a lot more dvds when I was there.

Handy tho, the missus got a 10 disc Disney box set with 4 other dvds for €10

Destiny isn't a bad game for 10 euro, fifa 16 if someone doesn't have a fifa is worth 10.

They really miscalculated the whole 'all games for €10' deal as most will be left there. Loads of DS, Xbox and Wii left in Midleton earlier. Lot of DVD's and a few blu ray as well, both included in 5 for €10 deal. Nothing of any note left in games.

Got Godzilla, The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies 3D, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation,The Wolverine all on Bluray and Predator Trilogy Boxset on DVD, all for €10.

I know this isnt for requests, but if anyone got an extra or unwanted The hobbit: unexpected journey extended on dvd I'd gladly take it, local only had desolation and battle of the five. Would be nice to round off the set. Send a pm.

Went to Finglas en route home from city centre. Chaos reigned. Saw a manager (If I can call him that) getting thick with a customer (a wonderful sight) who was remarkably keeping his cool in the midst of the argument as to why things weren't scanning. Not worth going IMO.
