    Hovering around 10 yoyo, 90% down on 2007, same level as 1973...

    Anyone brave enough ? thoughts ?

    I wouldn't touch it with a barge poll. It doesn't have 14$B to pay the states and they'll have to come to some sort of agreement, which I think will mean this bank won't be profitable again for a good while.

    For now the world remains mired in the first of Kubler-Ross five stages of grief - denial! Expectations of a state bailout remain far too high given the massive political problem that would ensue - read, European mutiny - should Germany bailout its banking system while Cypriot, Greek, and Italian banks have been forced to fend for themselves, confirming the widely held impressin that Europe is being run by and for Germany.

    Next comes 'anger'... remember Monday is a bank holiday in Germany

    Maybe this is why the government asked the German people to stock food and water for 10 days, a few weeks. Back.

    Personally I hope a big bottle of austerity is included, preferably unopened and rammed down their throats.
