Hi,
My elderly father has a 3-bed rental property in the Balally estate, Dundrum. His tenants were living in the house for nearly 20 years at a very low rent and are now emigrating.
Friends of the previous tenants are now keen to rent the house. They have been informed that the rent will increase to market value.
Can anyone advise what the market value would be for a house in this estate? The house is in good condition and well maintained. It is a little old fashioned however.

Around 2500 seems to around average for a 3 bed in the area. If there's no bites, it'll need a redecoration or a price cut.
