Recommend a good dentist along South Circular or D8?

Had to get a wisdom tooth taken out and my dentist told me if I did it on my medical card I would have to go to hospital and have a general anesthetic which I recently found out was a down right lie. Total was 400e privately that I paid in full and my health insurance would pay half. He refused to co-operate with forms to them and it took 7 months for the insurance company to pay back their share because of him.

Need a new dentist. Can anyone recommend a dentist in D8 or city centre as I have bad gums and want someone who is gentle, i get a cleaning 2-3 times a year
