    This seems to still be working if you port a number but not if you don't. Anyone know if they follow up with the port? If I use a number that's under contract with three obviously they can't go ahead with it without three giving me a shout?

    Get a sim card in tesco of from Lyca mobile and use that number to port.

    When you port your number do they do it before shipping or ship it and then you complete it afterwards?

    Bought this phone last month for 89. Need another one!

    Now, am only getting moto g for 109 with the discount already applied when doing the get new number.

    I can only get the offer for 89 when i choose to move your number to meteor which i have to put in all my details. I was wanting to stay on my current network.

    Any way around this to avail of the €89 option?

    Did anyone get a tracking number for the delivery of their phone or did it just arrive?

    I ordered mine tuesday morning and thought I would have had a dispatch notice or something by now.

    I ordered Tuesday afternoon. Was onto support online and they have me a number. Called it and all they can do it send an email requesting an update. I need mine urgently. I saw they had order before 10am and get it next day,?!

    Yeah I ordered around 11 am on Tuesday so assumed because of their 'order by 10 am get it next day' notice I would have it today (Thursday) as going on holidays and my current phone is broken. Fingers crossed it arrives today or it is no good to me as I will have to buy one before hols.

    Can't believe it is so hard to contact them. Webchat gave me an 1800 number which I rang only to be told I can only email them as the order is prepay and it will more than likely be at least 24 hours before they reply.

    I am the same. I have been giving the complete run around, web chat, talk to forum, two different phone calls, one lasting 15 mins. It seems the only way to contact them regarding prepay order is by email and they take a minimum of 24 hours to reply.

    Without getting a tracking number I doubt the phone has even been picked up.
    Really bad customer service and also false advertising.

    My friend and I both had the same issue as yourself, phone didn't turn up,webchat said to call, person on the call said to email, never got a reply by email.
    I just cancelled the order, not worth the hassle imo.

    For me it was Tuesday morning 11 am but the only reason I ordered it was because of their ' order by 10 am receive by next working day' notice. As I have not yet received a tracking number I assume it will be Monday by the earliest. I need it for hols tomorrow.

    I ordered mine on Friday and it arrived on the tues or wed. That was a few months back though.

    Got a reply email from info@meteor this evening to say they can't find my order even though they have all my details and copy of my order confirmation. They also have deducted my money from my bank.
    Very strange set up.

    I got an email saying I missed the offer. But then I got another email with delivery instructions. Again all a few months ago.

    I ordered mine late tuesday night, nothing besides the automatic order confirmation since. Despite ordering at 11pm on Tuesday and their website saying if you order before 10am you'd get it the next day, my phone didn't arrive today when it should have.

    Tried to call meteor to talk about it but web chat gave me a 1800 number for the sales team, the sales team then told me they couldn't tell me anything about prepay sales, I'd have to email info@meteor.ie who I'd already emailed, early wednesday, and still haven't heard from.

    I've been a three customer for a few years now and thought their customer service was bad at times, but Eir/Metoer are a bloody disgrace. I'll never consider dealing with them again. Infact I'll insert my Three simcard into this MotoG whenever it arrives and never entertain meteor again.

    Got mine today, 2.50pm, then got an email from Meteor to say it would be arriving tomorrow, following up on my email to them, a shambles!

    Mine still hasn't arrived. Ordered last Tuesday evening. No reply to email from last Thursday and no way to contact anyone directly. Absolute shambles. Looking forward to putting my three simcard into the phone whenever it does arrive and hopefully never dealing with Meteor again.

    put a three sim into it and worked no issues, thankfully the last i will be dealing with Meteor over it.

    Get a class10 card, marshmallow allows you to use sd as internal storage you want it to be a decent speed card. Update the phone before using it. I had to restart the phone 6 times to get it to download the update it kept stalling.

    Having problems downloading apps, apps don't install and phone switches itself off. Anyone else having this problem?

    Sounds faulty. Never had that.

    I've tried loads of different sd cards fast and slow and all our moto phones of different models warn that the card is slow. But they all work the same. I've not noticed any difference.

    Android memory management is still poor compared to Windows Phone or IOS.
